You can make an insurance claim if your customer (debtor) is insolvent. You must file your claim within 30 days from the date of the insolvency.

Nimbla insurance policies also include a free debt collection service. All you have to do is submit your overdue invoices for collection by Nimbla’s sister company Koguda.

Koguda protects your customer relationship by taking a solution-orientated approach. Our experts work alongside your debtors to resolve cash flow problems, improve the process for next time, and get you paid quickly.

Please note that Nimbla's Terms and Conditions also state that policyholders MUST submit any invoices overdue by 67 days for collection by a debt collection service. If you do not do so, you may not be able to claim. We recommend that you use our sister company though you may contact us if you wish to use a separate company.

Submitting your debts to Koguda relieves you of the administrative burden of payment-chasing, and in around 40% of cases, you’ll be paid immediately.
