Making sure that you close invoices as they are paid enables you to ensure more invoices for the same debtor and reduces the risk associated with a debtor. The lower the debtor risk, the lower the premium associated with insuring their invoices.
Once you have received payment for an insured invoice, log into Nimbla, click on the 3 little dots on the right hand side of the relevant invoice and select Invoice Payment
Select the date the invoice was paid
And click confirm.
